The Alberta Health Services (AHS) Addiction Helpline is a free confidential, 24/7 telephone service that provides support, information, screening, assessment, and guidance for Albertans experiencing concerns related to substance use and addiction. People can also call on behalf of a family member or someone they are concerned about.

• Addiction screening and assessment
• Crisis support
• Information about addiction and substance use, including how to access treatment and other supports
• Strategies for managing concerns at home
