Support Item Locations
SAMU provides students with support items for unexpected circumstances that may arise during their academic journey. Items can include personal hygiene products, sexual health products, stationery, or cold-weather supplies. Support items are in a couple of different locations:
Support Hub
SA-223
M-F 9:00-4:30 pm (F/W)
M-F 11:00-3:00 pm (SP/SU)
Capsule Machine
Second Floor SAMU
Available while the University is open
Support Hub Quick Grab Items
These items are available in the Support Hub during opening hours. Students can come into the space and grab what they need at no cost, with no interaction required (but always welcome!). All available items are located on the front desk. Students are encouraged to only take what they need.

Support Hub Request Items
These items are available to all MacEwan students upon request at no cost. Students can come into the Support Hub and ask the staff member at the front desk.

Capsule Machine
Our capsule machines are available all day, every day, whenever you need. Located outside of the Support Hub next to the vending machines on the second floor. Students are encouraged to only take what they need.
