Description

The National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC) provides education and support to people in Canada affected by eating disorders. Ressources include information around affirming care for those in the 2SLGBTQ+ communinty impacted by eating disorders, and disordered eating in racialized communities.

NEDIC also offers a Helpline or live chat for anyone impacted by an eating disorder. Calls, chats, and emails are always answered by a human with hours of extensive training. Together, helpline workers can help explore current options and potential next steps.

NEDIC adheres to a non-dieting, Health at Every Size®, and equitable philosophy, and commits itself to being non-judgemental, compassionate, and respectful.
