Description

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is a non-profit organization that focuses on community mental health, suicide prevention programs and services, as well as education and training for all individuals. These services are available to all, especially if you are struggling with mental health challenges, caring for someone who is struggling or have experienced a loss of a loved one due to suicide.

Most of the programs and services at CMHA are completely free, with the exception of certain educational and training courses, as well as workshops.

CMHA offers a variety of programs and services, including:

  • 24/7 Distress Line
  • Online Crisis Chat
  • Family Supports
  • Housing Programs
  • Community events and more!
