ADR supports students with disabilities by coordinating accommodations, such as in-class support and exam services. As well, they are a first point of contact if you have concerns or experience discrimination related to your disability. They listen to students and refer them to the appropriate on-campus supports.

Who can access ADR?
If you have one of the following types of disabilities, or are experiencing other barriers to learning, you can meet with a learning, you can meet with a learning specialist to help support you.

Mobility
Sensory (affecting vision and/or hearing)
Communication
Learning
Attention Deficit
Neurological
Psychiatric
Chronic medical condition
Temporary (e.g., Broken arm)

It is recommended you meet with ADR 2-4 months before the start of the semester as it will allow for enough time to discuss your needs, and enable you to get the appropriate support needed for both in and outside the classroom.

To register for ADR, complete the consultation form and consent form. Once these are completed and received ADR will contact you to book an appointment with a learning specialist.
